Codi Benologa, LCSW
Therapist & Practice Owner of Benologa Counseling
How are you…really?
Have you tried coping on your own but found that it's not helping? Perhaps you don't know how to get back to you again, and you’re realizing that it’s time for some support. You need something to change.
Is your mental health affecting your relationships, responsibilities, daily life, and overall well-being? Maybe this difficult season has evolved into a pattern of anxiety or other mental health struggles. Or perhaps you have struggled with your mental health for years.
No matter the situation, your mental health does not have to affect your daily life. You can feel confident in who you are and the choices you make. Let's work towards designing a life that makes you happy.
Hi, I’m Codi. I’m here to help.
Therapy is my calling and I love what I do. My clients would describe me as authentic, caring, and fun. That’s right, therapy can be fun at times! Frequently, you can hear laughs coming from my office. Sometimes laughter is the best medicine.
How I Work
My goal is to provide a safe, warm, non-judgmental space for you to process and heal. That being said, if you want someone to nod along and agree with everything you say, I may not be the therapist for you. I will gently challenge you throughout this process. I understand there is no "one size fits all" approach in therapy, and so I tailor my sessions to each client.
My Background
My professional experience includes working directly with survivors of domestic violence, military families, psychiatric hospitalization, seniors in long-term care facilities, and outpatient clients in private practice. I truly enjoy working with individuals of all ages and walks of life, but I am especially passionate about working with women and the LGBTQ+ community.
How to Reach Me
You can request an appointment online, call, text, or email us. We’re flexible! We also understand how difficult scheduling an appointment can be when you are struggling. Contact Us however you prefer, and we’ll take it from there.
